Paragon Monteverde conducts hazard
analysis of it’s facility to identify
critical control points to monitor food quality,
and in return, establish critical limits for
each control point, which are monitored and
recorded daily to establish corrective actions
when needed. Paragon Monteverde has
Cook & Thurber (mentioned above); a third-party
auditor to come in and verify that Paragon
Monteverde’s HACCP plan is carried
out as intended.
